Sinus problem and nasal congestion allergy in winter and polluted areas

I used to suffer from nasal congestion due to allergy in winter due to cough. And in monsoon my situation gets worst due to allergy. Polluted areas also troubled me a lot. I took lot of medicines but nothing provided me relief.
